Videos can be added to the same albums as photos, or uploaded to their own unique album. You can add a video using a video link or embed code. We recommend using the video link if you are using YouTube.

Add New Video using a Video Link

• Click the Add New Video button.
• A window will open asking if you would like to add a Video Link or an Embed. Select Video Link.
• The Upload New Video window will then open. Enter the date, title, caption, and author accordingly.
• Copy and paste the URL from the YouTube or Vimeo page that your video is on.
• Click save and close.

Add New Video using an Embed Code

• Click the Add New Video button.
• A window will open asking if you would like to add a Video Link or and Embed. Select Embed.
• The Upload New Video window will then open. Enter the date, title, caption, and author accordingly.
• Paste the embed code from the video into the embed region. What’s an embed code?
• Click save and close.

Edit and Delete Photo and Video Details

• To edit the Title, Date, Caption, or author of a photo or video click the Edit button on the Album Management screen.
• To delete a photo or video click the Delete button on the Album Management screen.
