Three display types are available to you; Photo Gallery, Banner Gallery, and Slider Gallery. To choose a gallery type, click on the drop down menu located in the upper right corner of the Media Module screen or click the Change Gallery Display Options button.

Photo Gallery

• The Photo Gallery will display the album covers of the albums you included in the Album Management screen. Once an album cover is clicked, all the media within the album will be displayed.
• You can include multiple albums within one region.
• You can control how large or small these images are displayed in the Media Sizing section of the display options.

Banner Gallery

• The Banner Gallery is best used for banners at the top of page. It will display multiple photos and size them the same.
• For a Banner at the top of the page, displaying one image at time is best. Each time the page refreshes, a new image will display.
• To display all of you media on the page, choose to tile images horizontally or vertically.
• There will be no navigation to see other photos. It can also be used to tile multiple images right on the page.

Slider Gallery

• The Slider Gallery will present the media in your albums one at a time in a slide show.
• There are navigation buttons available to select media within the slider.
• If you have multiple albums selected, each will display in a different slider.

Media Display Options vary for each Gallery. Below are the general display options available to you when using the Media Gallery.

Media Options

• Display Author: Check this box to display the author of a photo.
• Display Title: Check this box to display the title of each photo or video.
• Title Style: This option allows you to choose the text format of your title.
• Display Date: This option will display the date associated with each media item.
• Show Caption: This option will display the caption for each media item.
• Caption Style: This option allows you to choose a text format for each media caption.
• Caption Background: This option allows you to give your text a background color.
• Caption Position: This option allows you to display your caption above, below, to the right, or to the left of your media.
• Caption Text Alignment: This option will align the text to the left or to the right of your media.
• Caption Padding: This option will create space between your caption text and your media.

Media Sizing

• Image Size: Choose the size of each media display. You can also choose a custom size.
• Transition: Slider Gallery only. Choose the manner in which your slides transition.
• Slide Length: Slider Gallery only. This option allows you to customize the length that each slide displays.
• Transition Speed: Slider Gallery only. This option allows you to customize the transition speed between slides.
• Auto Play: Slider Gallery only. This option allows your slides to automatically transition.
• Show Navigation: Slider Gallery only. This will allow users to jump to a particular image without having to wait for the slides to transition.
• Navigation Style: This option will put a button for each item in the slider. If you have 5 images in the slider, 5 navigation buttons will display. Navigation Buttons: Slider Gallery only. This option allows you to customize the appearance of the navigation buttons.
• Image Alignment: Banner Gallery only. This option allows you to customize the alignment of the image in relationship to the region.
• Padding: Banner Gallery only. This option creates space around the image.
• Banner Display: Banner Gallery only. This option controls how the overall Banner Gallery displays. For a Banner at the top of the page, displaying one image at time is best. Each time the page refreshes, a new image will display. To display all of you media on the page, choose to tile images horizontally or vertically.

Album Options

• Display Titles: This option will display the title of the album.
• Title Style: This option will control the format style of the text.
• Display Description: This option will display an album description.
