Add a Radio Button

• Radio Buttons are a great way to ask simple, yes-or-no type questions of visitors to your site. To add one to your form, click on the Add a Radio Button tool on the left side of the Form Builder screen.
• Once you have added the Radio Button element to the Work Space, you’ll need to label it as with the other elements. This will give your site’s visitors an idea of what will be asked of them and which answer would best suit them.
• You can set the choices for the Radio Button by clicking ‘Options,’ indicated by the bullet points icon on the Properties Toolbar.

• Make This Item Required: Check this box if you’d like to make the Radio Button a required item in order to submit the form.
• Validate This Item As: The different choices here allow you to set restrictions on what characters are acceptable in the text field when the form is submitted;
• None: All characters will be acceptable in the field.
• E-mail: The text field will accept only characters written as an e-mail address.
• Alphabetic: The field will accept the input of alphabetic letters.
• Numeric: Only numbers will be accepted if this option is selected.
• Alphanumeric: Both letter and numbers are acceptable input if this option is chosen.
• Set Lengths: The value in this field corresponds to the width of the Radio Button field itself.
• Label Alignment: The choices in this menu box allow you to set the alignment of the text that appears in the label area for the Radio Button.
• Options: The default options for the Radio Button tool are in pairs, i.e., gender, true/false;  but you can add more than two options if you choose the Custom and enter your choices into the text field beneath the drop-down menu in the Options screen.
