Before you can add data entries, you must first designate which fields will be included in your directory using the Directory Elements tab. This screen will create the template for your directory.
Select the fields from the Form Tools to add to the Directory Elements Work Space; you can do this by clicking on the tool or dragging the element from the Form Tools to your work space. This will create a template for the information you will include in your directory.
Adding Directory Elements will allow you to select the items you wish to include in the Directory as well as create a template for your data entry.
