If you’d like to attach documents for your attendees’ purview or forms you’d like them to fill out and bring to your event, you may do so under Attachments tab on the menu bar.
- To begin, select an event from the Event Tree to the left.
- Choose File: In this text field you may enter file name for the document(s) or you may browse for one by clicking the Browse button.
- Attachment Title: In this text field you can specify the title for the document(s) you are attaching to your event posting.
- Once you have specified the file(s) and the title(s)of your attachment(s), they will appear in the Attachments list, where you will be able to edit or delete them by selecting those options for the appropriate file from their respective columns.
- Edit: This option will allow change the title and the file(s) you’ve attached .
- Delete: This option will remove the file from your event.
